Changes have been made to ensure a safe and efficient Picture Day. Please read below, and read the full attached flyer from LISPN for complete information about how to pay online in advance, and new safety precautions for this year’s Picture Day.

Important information from LISPN:
- YOU MUST PRE-ORDER IN ADVANCE if you intend on purchasing photos of your child using LISPN’s online ordering system! No money or orders will be taken in person on the day of the shoot.
- LISPN will construct team photos using Photoshop since they are not permitted to stand children next to each other at this time without masks. Therefore, every child and coach MUST get their photo taken even if they are not ordering if they intend to be part of the team photo. We are counting on an excellent turnout to achieve full team pictures!
- Each team is expected to have their pictures scheduled to be taken just before their game on Saturday. The final schedule will be ready soon, and will be posted to the FTLL website. If you do not have a game scheduled on Saturday, information will be provided to your team about having pictures taken.

Here are the steps to pay online before photo day:
1. Go to LISPN website: www.lispn.com
2. Under "Upcoming Events" click on your league name (pre-orders)
3. Complete your order by adding products to your cart and fill out all the information on the checkout screen. LISPN accepts all major credit cards.
4. After payment is completed, PLEASE BRING YOUR EMAIL RECEIPT to photo day. Although we will have a list of those that have pre-paid, the receipt will be additional proof that you have paid for your order online.
5. Upon arrival to photo day, there will be a member of the LISPN staff and a member from FTLL that will direct your child’s team where to go to get their photo taken.

Safety Notes for Picture Day
- Athletes will be required to wear their mask while waiting to get their photo taken. They will be permitted to remove their mask when the photographer takes his/her photo.
- Only athletes and coaches will be permitted in the photo area.
- After your child’s individual photos are completed, we ask that they vacate the area immediately to make room for incoming teams. There is no need to stay for a team photo since that is put together in Photoshop.
- Each child will need to bring their own bat or glove to the photo site. This will be used for the individual pose. Catchers that wish to pose with their catching gear may do so.
- Every child/coach should be in complete uniform from head to toe including game day footwear.
- Sibling photos will be permitted providing that the siblings reside in the same home. LISPN is not permitted to pose more than one child without masks if the children are not residing in the same home. Coach and son/daughter photos are also permitted without masks.
